Refund Policy:
Domestic Clients:
i. Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
– If the service delivered does not meet the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon contract.
– If there is a significant delay in delivering the service beyond the agreed-upon timeline, and no reasonable resolution is provided.
– If the client provides documented evidence of dissatisfaction with the service provided.
ii. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the completion of the service.

iii. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

International Clients:
i. Refund policy for international clients is the same as for domestic clients.
ii. However, refunds may be subject to additional processing time due to international transaction regulations and currency conversion.

Cancellation Policy:
Domestic Clients:
i. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service.
ii. If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost may be charged.
iii. In case the service has already commenced, the client may be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

International Clients:
i. Cancellation policy for international clients is the same as for domestic clients.
ii. However, international clients should consider potential delays in communication and processing times when submitting cancellation requests.

Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances such as force majeure events or unforeseen technical issues, we reserve the right to modify or waive the refund and cancellation policy at our discretion.

Any changes to the refund and cancellation policy will be communicated to clients in writing.
